摘要
目的观察超普疝装置(ultrapro hernia system,UHS)在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用效果。方法将解放军白求恩国际和平医院2011年3月—2012年3月收治的218例腹股沟疝分为两组,应用UHS行无张力疝修补术(UHS组)120例,行疝环充填式疝修补术(网塞组)98例,比较两组手术时间、术后住院时间、术后早期并发症发生率、异物感发生率及复发率。结果两组手术时间、术后早期并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UHS组术后住院时间明显短于网塞组(P<0.05),术后异物感发生率低于网塞组(P<0.05)。随访6～18个月,两组均无复发。结论 UHS能满足修补和加强耻骨肌孔区域的解剖学要求,应用UHS行无张力疝修补术具有患者术后恢复快、住院时间短、异物感轻等优点,有良好的发展前景。
Objective To observe the effect of ultrapro hernia system（UHS） in application of tension-free inguinal hernia neoplasty.Methods The clinical data of 218 patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital during March 2011 and March 2012 were divided into two groups including 120 patients who underwent hernia repair by UHS（group A） and 98 patients who underwent herniorrhaphy by hernia ring filling（group B）.The operative time,hospital stay,postoperative early complications,the incidences of foreign body sensation and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operative time and postoperative early complications between the two groups（P 0.05）.Hospital stay of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B（P 0.05）.The incidence of foreign body sensation of group A was significantly lower than that of group B（P 0.05）.There was no recurrence in the two groups with 6 ～ 18 months follow-up.Conclusion UHS can be anatomically adapted to the need of repairing and augmentation of pectineus pore.The application of UHS in the repair of inguinal hernia has better postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay and lighter foreign bodies sensation.
