摘要
高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,在学业上更强调自主学习。运用教育学和认知心理学干预原理,以归因、元认知、学习动机为视角,分析高职学生完成学业过程中,在学习策略上存在的问题及干预训练方法,从而更好地增强高职院校学生竞争优势,达到人尽其才,才尽其用的教育效果。
Vocational education is an important part of higher education,with an emphasis on autonomous learning.Applying the intervention theory of Education and Cognitive Psychology from the perspectives of attribution,meta-cognition,and learning motivation,the paper makes a study of the main problems of learning strategy application and intervention training methods in their learning process,in the hope of better enhancing vocational college students＇ competitive advantages and giving full scope to talents.
