在党的十八大报告中,胡锦涛以"继续促进人类和平与发展的崇高事业"为主题,对当前的国际形势和中国外交政策做了精辟的论述。十八大报告的外交部分准确分析了中国所处的国际环境,确定了中国的身份和责任,并在此基础上指明了中国新时期的外交理念和外交策略,为中国外交的未来指明了前进方向。此外,党的十八大报告还根据国际国内形势的变化,就有关对外政策问题提出了多个新亮点、新观念和新思路,给人们留下了深刻的印象。
On the opening ceremony of the 18th CPC National Congress,HU Jin-tao analyzed the international situation and China＇s foreign policy in the report Continuing to Promote the Noble Cause of Peace and Development of Mankind.The diplomatic part in the report to 18th CPC National Congress analyzes the international environment precisely and defines China＇s identity and responsibility.On that basis,it puts forward China＇s diplomatic ideas and strategies in the new period,which sketches out the direction of China＇s diplomacy.In addition,according to the changes of international and domestic situations,the report brings forth several highlights,new concepts and new ideas,which impress people deeply.
