摘要
【目的】研究狸胆喉宝的抑菌抗炎作用。【方法】采用体外抑菌实验观察狸胆喉宝的抑菌作用 ;用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察狸胆喉宝的抗炎作用。【结果】猩胆喉宝对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌、肺炎链球菌、白色念珠菌具有抑菌作用 ;对急性、慢性炎症模型均有明显的抑制作用。【结论】狸胆喉宝具有抑菌抗炎作用。
Objectives To study the effect of Lidan Houbao(LDHB)on bacterium and anti inflammation Methods The effect of LDHB on bacterium was observed through the inhibit bacteria test in vitro,the anti inflammatory action of LDHB was studied through the ear swell of mice induce by xylol,the ankle sweel of rats caused by egg albumin,the proliferation of granuloma implantion cotton pellets in rats Results LDHB possesses bacteriostatic action on colibacillus,staphylococcus aureus,alpha streptococcus,beta streptococcus,streptococcus pneumoniae,candida albicans LDHB can greatly inhibited acute and chronic inflammation in animal models Conclusions LDHB has bacteriostatic and anti inflammatory effects
