摘要
我国住房保障体系存在标准界定不清、监督机制不完善、金融体系不健全等诸多问题,难以彻底解决城镇中低收入群体的住房需求,影响保障政策的执行效果。政府需要进一步发挥职能作用,加快住房保障制度建设,加强宏观调控和监管力度,构建一个更为科学、合理和公平的住房保障体系。
The housing security system in China has a series of problems such as the indistinction of standard definition,the imperfection of supervision mechanism,and the unsoundness of financial system,etc..It is difficult in the system to solve completely housing problems of the low-income group in urban areas,and as a result it affects the implementation effect of the security policies.The government needs to exert its function to speed up the construction of the housing security system,and strengthen the macro-control and the supervision in order to establish a more scientific,reasonable and impartial housing security system than before.
