介绍并讨论急性出血坏死性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗适应症、措施和中转手术指征。强调对症治疗 ,在非手术治疗过程中出现胰腺或胰周感染 ,假性囊肿并发症时应及时中转手术。
To evaluate and discuss the indications and therapeutic measures of non surgical treatment for acute hemorrhagicnecrotizing pancreatitisd at its early stage andthe timing of transfeming to surgical treatment.Operation is necessary when pancreas and itssurrounding tissue are infected or progression of disease despite the non operative treatment.Ehen pancreaic pseudocysts arise,operativetreatment is also needed.
