摘要
目的 探讨老年人躯体疾病与抑郁症的关系。方法 就 52例观察组和 45例对照组进行对照研究 ,用 HAMD、GAS量表评价精神疾病的严重程度 ,用 HDS和 MMSE量表评价认知功能。结果 对照组疗效和恢复期情况优于观察组。观察组认知功能较对照组损害明显。结论 老年抑郁症患者躯体疾病可加重精神症状 ,增加复发率 ,延长病程 ,影响认知功能。
Objective To reseach the relaionship of somatic disease and depression in senice ratients.Methods The patients were grouped in accordance with the presence or obsence of somatic diseases.There were 52 cases in the treated group assoeiated with somatic diseases and 45 in contral group.Through comparison between HAMD and GAS evaluate the treatment results.Through comparison between MMSE and HDS evaluate the congnitive function.Results According to evatuating of HAMD,GAS,the thera pentic effectsand recorvering condition of control group were superior to that of treated group.The damges of comgmitive function of patients in treated group were severe in compared with control group.Conclusion For the senicl patients with depression somatic diseases can aggravate the symptoms increase recurrence rate and prolong the course of the disease.Furthermore somatic diseases can patients with depression.
