摘要
为建立一种简单、快捷、准确测定饮用水源水中酞酸酯含量的检测方法,采用气相色谱法测定了饮用水源中16种酞酸酯的含量。结果表明:16种酞酸酯在短时间内能有效分离,方法检出限为0.11~8.5μg/L,加标回收率为91%~119%,各组分相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为1.34%~7.52%,均符合方法学的要求。该方法具有快速简便、准确灵敏、重现性好等优点,适用于测定饮用水源水中酞酸酯的含量。
To establish a convenient,fast and accurate method for the determination of Phthalic Acid Esters(PAEs) in the source water of a district,Gas chromatography was empolyed to detect the PAEs.The results show that the effective separation of 16 kinds of PAEs could be achieved in a short period of time and the detection limit was 0.11~8.5 μg/L,the recovery rate was 91%~119% and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=8) was 1.34%~7.52%.All of them were in line with the requirements of the method.This method is suitable for the analysis of dinking source water with satisfactory convenience,accuracy and reproducibility.
