摘要
为了确定不同接蚜量对烟蚜饲养周期的影响,利用2叶一心期烟苗作为烟蚜寄主,对不同接蚜量达到最佳饲养质量所需要的饲养时间进行研究。结果表明,在烟苗单位叶面积烟蚜数量少于3.2头/cm2时,烟苗的地上部鲜重、单株叶面积等农艺指标较好,死蚜、病蚜数量较少,烟蚜的饲养质量较佳;接蚜0.5头/株时,17d后最佳饲养量可达158头/株;接蚜1头/株时,15d后最佳饲养量可达143头/株;接蚜2头/株时,11d后最佳饲养量可达109头/株;接蚜4头/株时,8d后最佳饲养量可达93头/株。
In order to figure out the effects different quantities of vaccinating aphids on feeding cycles,the flue-cured tobacco seedlings with two true leaves were inoculated aphids with four treatments of A1（0.5 aphid per plant）,A2（1 aphid per plant）,A3（2 aphids per plant）,and A4（4 aphids per plant）.The results showed that the agricultural properties of flue-cured tobacco seedlings and the feeding quality were relatively good when the average number of aphid was less than 3.2 per square centimeter,and aphids had normal reproductive capacity.The best feeding quantities of aphid for A1,A2,A3 and A4 were 158,143,109 and 93 aphids per plant,respectively.The best feeding period for A1,A2,A3 and A4 were 17,15,11 and 8 days after vaccinating aphids,respectively.
