摘要
限制开发区是基于一定的地理区位、自然环境特色、资源禀赋、开发承载能力、发展水平和未来发展潜力等宏观层面规划的国土开发功能区,又分为农产品主产区和重点生态区。结合"镇关紫"限制开发区的区情,对其生态功能的定位进行了探讨,在生态和经济互利双赢的前提下,分析了以建设生态经济系统为经济开发目标的经济发展道路的路径选择。
Limited Development Zone is based on the macro level of certain geographic location, characteristics of the natural environment, natural resources, carrying capacity, development level and the future development potential of land development planning functions area, which is divided into agricultural production areas and important ecological area. Combined with the ＂Zhen Guan Zi＂ Limited Development Zone, the positioning of its ecological function is discussed, with the ecological and economic win-win premise, the path selection of economic development road was analyzed taking constructing ecological and economic system as the object.
