五味子中117种农药多残留气相色谱-串联质谱检测方法研究 被引量:3

Multi residue simultaneous determination study of 117 pesticides in Schisandra chinensis by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了五味子中117种农药多残留气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经乙酸乙酯-乙腈(30∶70,v/v)超声振荡提取,凝胶渗透色谱技术(GPC)净化GC-MS/MS测定。117种农药在五味子样品中的最低定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)为0.005~0.2mg/kg。每种农药在五味子基质中,添加0.005~0.2mg/kg范围内(n=5),回收率为62.1%~122.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~17.8%。在0.01~5.0μg/mL的浓度范围内,各农药均具有良好线性。 This experiment established a multi residue simultaneous determination method of 117 pesticides in Schisandra chinensis by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (G C-MS/MS). Samples with ethyl acetate-acetonitnle(30:70, v/v) homogeneous extraction, GPC method purifying passed through, and internal standard method for quantitating. The LOQ (LOQ, S/N=10) of 117 pesticides in Schisandra chinensis is 0. 005-0. 2 mg/kg. Every kinds of pesticide in Schisandra chinensis, with addition of 0. 005-0. 2 mg/kg(n=5), the corresponding recoveries were 62.1%-122. 8%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 3.1%-17. 8%. In the linear range (0. 01-5.0 μg/mL) of each pesticide, the linearity of all the pesticide are good.
