摘要
专业教学质量评价系统是当前高等学校特别是高职院校教学质量评价体系的重要内容,是提高高职院校教学质量、实施专业教学质量监控的重要方法。构建及时、明确和可操作的专业教学质量评价体系,可以有效激励有利于教学行为,提高学生的积极性和高职教学质量。构建专业教学质量评价体系要坚持评价管理功能独立化、教师团队评价、"元评价"、过程性评价与结果性评价相统一等应用方法,突出特色教学质量评价体系在高校教学中的应用效果。
Professional teaching quality evaluation system is an important part of the vocational colleges＇ teaching quahty evaluation system. It is also an important means of improving and monitoring professional teaching quality of vocational colleges. Building a timely, clear and applicable professional teaching quality evaluation system can ef- fectively promote teaching, students＇ initiative as well as teaching quality. To construct the professional teaching quality evaluation system, some measures should be taken, such as maintaining the independence of evaluation and management function, teacher group evaluation, ＂evaluation＂ and combining process evaluation and outcome eval- uation. The application effects of teaching quality evaluation system on vocational colleges teaching should be high- lighted.
