摘要
"大调解"对维护农村社会稳定,推进农村矛盾纠纷多元化解决,促进农村社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。农村社会管理创新需要"大调解","大调解"是农村社会管理创新的重要方法。以"大调解"推进农村社会管理创新,"枫桥经验"是典范。"枫桥经验"以"大调解"推进农村社会管理创新的实践主要表现为:构建调解网络,构建"大调解"平台与机制,建立以调解人为品牌的专业调解中心。从"枫桥经验"以"大调解"推进农村社会管理创新的实践中,我们可有如下启示:农村社会管理创新,必须夯实基层基础,必须坚持专群结合,必须重视人才。
The major mediation is essential for the improvement of the rural social stability, promotion of versatile settlement of rural disputes and rural social harmony. The rural social management innovation requires the important method called the major mediation. Fengqiao Experience is a model, the practice of which is the construction of the mediation network, platform, mechanism and professional mediation centers featured by mediators. From the prac- tice of Fengqiao Experience, it is concluded that in order to promote rural social management innovation, the grass- roots work should be reinforced, the specialized agencies and the masses should be connected and the talents should be paid attention to.
