摘要
当前产业升级面临资金、技术、人才、土地等诸多要素的掣肘,收入分配失衡是其重要原因,房地产泡沫、资本收入过高、劳动收入偏低、技术要素分配难等等,导致产业升级所需的要素难以集聚。改变这一状况,必须深化收入分配制度的改革,建立有利于产业升级的收入分配机制,为经济可持续发展提供持久的内生动力。
