摘要
大学生旅游消费意愿强烈,旅游动机主要是调节精神和丰富知识,出游方式比较偏好于灵活、自由的自助式旅游和班集体旅游,但开销承受能力有限,偏向于3天以内的短期旅行。社区旅游经验的分享、社交网络、经验论坛的互动宣传对高校学生旅游决策有很大影响,但在旅游电子商务的交易过程中,大多数学生对网站支付安全问题存在顾虑,价格不合理、不符合学生需求特征、操作麻烦费时等因素也对大学生参与旅游电子商务有消极影响。旅游企业应抓住时机构建真正立足于大学生、服务于大学生的"大学生旅游专线网站"平台,积极进行网络动态营销,优化资源整合,努力提高网站的知名度和信誉度,做好服务,创新模式,有效地开发和扩展大学生旅游电子商务市场。
Nowaday,lots of college students have strong intention in tourist consumption.Their tourism motivation mainly is regulating their spirits and riching their knowledge;and their favorite ways of travel are comparatively flexible,free self-service tourism and class tourism.Because of the short vacation and financial limitation,college students prefer the 3 days short-term travel.Community tourism experience sharing,social network,experience BBS interaction promotion of the university students' tourist decision are influential in students's tourist decision.In tourism electronic commerce,most of the students concern about problems in the trade process,such as website payment security,unreasonable price,operating troubles and so on.These factors have negatively influenced on college students in participating the tourism electronic commerce.The tourist enterprises should take some countermeasures,such as constructing network platform,opening network dynamic marketing,optimizing the resource integration,and striving to improve website visibility and credibility,so as to complete the innovative service mode.The tourist enterprises may effectively develop and expand tourist e-commerce market of college students.
