摘要
为探讨丹仙康骨胶囊 (康骨胶囊 )抗炎、镇痛作用 ,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、蛋清及角叉菜胶致足肿、棉球致肉芽肿的急、慢性炎症模型以及化学刺激、热刺激致痛模型进行观察。结果显示康骨胶囊能够减轻耳肿、足肿、肉芽肿 ,对抗化学、热刺激引起的疼痛。表明康骨胶囊具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用 。
WT6BZ]In order to explore the anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of “DANXIAN KANGGU” (Bone strengthening, BS) capsules, animal models of acute and chronic inflammations and pains were made, including mice ear edema by xylene, plantar edema by egg white and carrageenin, granuloma by cotton ball and pains by chemical and heat irritations, and observed. The results showed that BS capsules have significant anti inflammatory and analgesic effects, which were similar to those of the blood circulation activating and blood stasis eliminating prescription of this group.
