关节镜下前后交叉韧带急性损伤一期重建的近期临床评估

摘要 目的关节镜下一期重建前交叉韧带(ACL)、后交叉韧带(PCL)急性损伤的近期临床疗效评估。方法 2008年12月～2012年3月共收治16例膝关节前后全脱位患者,均为ACL与PCL完全断裂。根据患者的不同情况及手术者的经验和习惯,选用自体或同种异体肌键组织作为供体,个体化的制定单股单隧道或双股双隧道来重建ACL、PCL股骨端均以Endobutton带袢钢板悬吊固定,胫骨端以可吸收挤压钉固定之。手术后均积极的早期功能锻炼。结果所有病例均得到3～12个月(平均7个月)的随访,Lysholm评分术前(38.3±8.3)分,术后(91±4.8)分,前后抽屉试验均为阴性。结论早期重建ACL、PCL的急性损伤有良好的近期效果。
