摘要
为验证尼龙搭扣小夹板在治疗四肢闭合性骨折方面的优越性。从绑扎时间、运动试验和彩超血流动力学测试及临床应用等方面与传统夹板进行了对比。结果显示绑扎时间加快了 1～ 8倍。运动试验表明较传统夹板牢靠。彩超测试表明 ,按传统绑扎 ,稍放松后 ,其血流明显增加 ,而搭扣式夹板仍非常牢固。经临床应用 10 47例 ,均未发现绑带、夹板和固定垫松脱、移动等现象。尼龙搭扣小夹板在使用时具有绑扎方便、快速实用 ,使用后固定牢靠 。
WT6BZ]The splints with nylon fixating bandage (SNFB) were compared with the traditional splints in the binding time, exercises test and color ultrasonographic hemodynamic assay, clinical application, etc as to test and verify the advantages of SNFB in the treatment of closed fracture of the extremities. The results showed that SNFB shortened the binding time for 1 8 times in the binding time comparision, produced more reliable and stable fixation in the exercises test and color ultrasonographic assay and had neither loosening nor sliding of the bandage, splints or fixating pad in the clinical application of 1047 cases. The advantags of SNFB included convenient and rapid binding, rigid fixation, benefit to the fracture healing, and so on.
