摘要
目的:探讨如何进一步发挥临床护理工作在胰腺外伤诊断、治疗中的作用。方法:回顾性总结20例胰腺外伤病人的临床资料,分析临床护理中存在的问题和不足,强调术前、术中、术后护理的重点及需要注意的问题,探索提高胰腺外伤护理质量的方法、途径。结果:20例胰腺外伤病人,2例保守治疗,18例手术治疗。术前确诊5例,术后确诊13例。治愈19例,死亡1例。发生术后并发症4例。在术前、术后护理中及时发现问题2例,对于术前确诊、术后并发症的及时发现有重要作用。结论:加强对胰腺外伤病人的护理,对提高术前诊断率、及时发现术后并发症有重要意义,是治疗成功、病人顺利康复的重要保证。
Objective： To discuss how to improve the effectiveness of clinical nursing work in the diagnosis and treatment process of pancreatic trauma. Methods ： To review and summarize the clinical data of 20 cases of patients with pancreatic trauma, analyze the problems and deficiency occurred during clinical nursing. Thus, emphasizing the key points of nursing work before, during and after the operations would explore better methods of enhancing the nursing quality of pancreatic trauma. Results： Among the 20 cases of pancreatic trauma, 2 received conservative treatment, 18 received operations. 5 patients were diagnosed before the operations, while 13 were diagnosed after the operations. 19 patients were cured, while one died. Four patients had postoperative complications. Two cases were discovered during the preoperative and postoperative nursing work, which significantly helped the preoperative diagnosis as well as the discovery of postoperative complica- tions. Conclusion ： To strengthen the nursing work of pancreatic trauma patients can help increase the preoperative diagnostic rate and the discovery of postoperative complications. It is of great importance in enhancing the chance of successful treatment and smooth recovery.
