摘要
目的 :了解首发精神分裂症和情感性精神障碍患者血清睾酮和雌二醇的变化。 方法 :以放射免疫法对首次发病的 5 4例精神分裂症患者和 37例情感性精神障碍患者血清中睾酮和雌二醇进行测定 ,并与正常健康者作对照。 结果 :男性精神分裂症患者血清雌二醇浓度显著高于对照组男性 ,女性情感性精神障碍患者血清睾酮浓度显著高于对照组和精神分裂症组女性。治疗后女性患者血清雌二醇浓度显著下降 ,对睾酮浓度影响不大。 结论 :精神分裂症和情感性精神障碍患者发病早期性激素的分泌尚处于相对稳定状态。
Objective:To observe the change of serum testosterone (T) and estradiol (E 2) levels before and after treatment with psychotropic drugs in patients with first onset schizophrenia or affective disorder. Method:Serum T and E 2 were measured with radioimmune assay in 54 first onset schizophrenic patients and 37 affective disorder patients. Normal subjects were recruited as controls for comparision of serum T and E 2 levels. Results:The serum E 2 level was significantly higher in male first onset schizophrenic patients than in male controls, and the serum T level was much higher in female affective disorder patients than in female controls or female schizophrenic patients.There were signicantly decrease in the serum E 2 level in all female patients after treatment. Conclusion:The sex hormone level is in relatively stable state in the early stage of schizophrenia or affective disorder.The psychotroptic drugs could lead to the change of sex hormone level.
