摘要
针对大连某工程桥墩部位混凝土发生的表面剥蚀损害现象,结合混凝土原材料质量分析、配合比反演及混凝土密实性分析等结果,设计原状混凝土芯样盐冻试验以验证其病害成因,并提出相应处理措施。研究结果表明,该剥蚀发生的主要原因是海盐风力作用下的复合"盐冻"腐蚀。建议清除表层已腐蚀混凝土并对桥墩进行表面防腐处理。
Through quality analysis of raw materials, mix proportion inversion, density analysis of concrete, designing the salty frozen experiment of intact concrete core samples, causes of pier concrete surface erosion damage in a project of Dalian were analyzed. Results show that the main reason is the compound salt frozen corrosion caused by sea salt-wind erosion. It is proposed that the surface corrosion concrete should be cleaned and the antiseptic treatment should be performed on the surfaces of the piers.
