肝动脉灌注化疗在结直肠癌肝转移治疗中的若干问题 被引量：7

摘要 近年来结直肠癌的发病率在不断提高，在欧洲已经位于第2位，在美国位于第3位，国内的发病率也明显升高，同时，其病死率也高居前3位。其中20％-25％的结直肠癌伴有同时性肝转移，而超过50％的结直肠癌患者会发生肝转移，并且近2／3结直肠癌患者的死亡是由肝转移引起的。所以，结直肠癌肝转移的治疗是近10年来国际上的研究热点。
