船用某型通风机振动故障诊断及修理

Vibrating fault diagnosis and repair of a submarine fan

摘要 针对修理中吸气风机异常振动的现象,采用最经典的振动频谱分析方法,对风机进行状态检测与故障诊断,找出振动异常的原因,采取处理措施,修理后振动烈度由10.78 mm/s降为2.91 mm/s,保障风机设备的安全可靠运行,效果良好。 In the light of abnormal vibration phenomena in the repair of suction fan, the status testing and fault diagnosis were carried out by the method of typical spectrum analysis. And the cause of vibration was detected, the vibration intensity was reduced from 10.78 mm/s to 2.91 mm/s after the fan was precisely repaired, the result of which indicates that the diagnosis cnclusions are correct and the remedies are effective for vibration reduction.
