摘要
针对某型高压汽轮机中间喷嘴室内腔底出现的裂纹缺陷,首先应用有限元方法建立数学模型,计算剩余部分的强度,然后根据计算结果,将裂纹部分进行清理和打磨,并采用焊补方法恢复其强度。经实船使用证明,该修复方法是可靠的。
The crack failure in nuzzle rooms of some type high -pressure turbine are researched. Firstly, the data model is founded with FEM ( finite - elemental method) , and the strength of residual partner is calculated. Secondly, the cracks are burnished over, and the nuzzle rooms are welded in order to recovery strength. The repairing work are proved reliable by actual applications.
