基于ANSYS和Flowmaster的船舶主机燃油供给管系振动优化仿真分析

Vibration optimization simulation analysis of the ship main engine fuel oil supply pipelines system based on ANSYS and Flowmaster

摘要 文章针对某船主机燃油供给管系振动问题,介绍了开展减振工程实践之初,利用仿真计算软件对改造措施的优化仿真计算分析及其结果,并结合改造工程实践对改造后振动综合治理效果进行了测试验证,结果表明改造措施有效,管系降振效果较为明显,为更深入开展船舶动力输流管系振动治理研究提供了实例参考。 According to the vibration problem of the ship main engine fuel oil supply pipelines, this paper introduces the engineering practice at the beginning, uses the simulation software to make optimized simulating calculation and analysis to the reconstruction measures with the results verified effective in comprehensive treatment of vibration, which shows that the vibration-decreasing of the pipelines is apparent, providing reference of study of ship power flow pipelines vibration.
