MMP-1及MMP-3在心肌肥厚大鼠中的表达及奥美沙坦对其影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察奥美沙坦对心肌肥厚大鼠基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1和MMP-3表达的影响。方法随机选择30只Wistar大鼠,分为甲组(对照组)、乙组(模型组)、丙组(干预组)各10只。分别对乙组和丙组用异丙肾上腺素按3 mg.kg-1.d-1进行诱导10 d,同时丙组用奥美沙坦10 mg.kg-1.d-1进行灌胃处理。最后通过Real-time PCR分别检测大鼠心脏MMP-1及MMP-3的表达。结果乙组和丙组的左心室重量指数均高于甲组,与心重指数呈正相关(P<0.05);乙组和丙组MMP-1及MMP-3的表达均高于甲组(P<0.05),而乙组MMP-1和MMP-3的表达又高于丙组。结论 MMP-1及MMP-3可能参与心肌肥厚的发生与发展。奥美沙坦抑制心肌肥厚,可能与其调节MMP-1、MMP-3的表达有关。
