链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠2型糖尿病并发症模型研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 糖尿病是一种内分泌代谢性疾病,主要有1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病,其中绝大部分患者为2型糖尿病,病程缓慢,常伴有不同程度的心脑血管、肾、视网膜、以及神经病变等并发症。糖尿病并发症的发生率、致残率和致死率都相当高,为其治疗带来了巨大的挑战。目前,国内外在2型糖尿病并发症动物模型方面进行了研究与探讨,主要通过注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导大鼠2型糖尿病并发症,该造模方法能模拟出类似人类2型糖尿病并发症的一些病变特征,为2型糖尿病的预防与治疗提供一定的参考价值。 Diabetes is a kind of endocrine metabolic disease, which mainly including type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, most of them are the latter, with low course and different degrees of complications. The incidence rate, disability rate and fatality rate of diabetes are quite high, which bring a big challenge for the treatment. For now, there are many researches and discussions in animal models of type 2 diabetes complications at home and abroad, mainly through the injection of STZ to induce type 2 diabetes complications, which can show the lesion characteristics better, all of these study can provide some references for the prevention and curing of type 2 diabetes.
