摘要
目的:探讨外固定支架在开放性骨盆骨折的急诊运用疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年9月至2011年9月收治15例开放性骨盆骨折急诊行外固定支架固定病例资料。结果:15例病例中,8例出现失血性休克,存活13例,死亡2例,死亡率13.3%,死亡患者骨折类型均为Tile C型。参照Matta评定标准,本组患者优7例,良4例,可1例,差1例,优良率73.3%。结论:急诊行外固定支架固定开放性骨盆骨折具有早期施行,操作简单,安全微创,抢救成活率高,术后疗效满意等优点。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of external fixator applied in the emergency treatment of the patients with open pelvic fracture.Methods:Fifteen cases of open pelvic fracture treated in our hospital from September 2005 to September 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:A total of 15 cases,8 of whom were in hemorrhagic shock,13 survived and 2 died(mortality 13.3%).The fracture type in patients who died was Tile C.According to Matta reduction criteria,it was excellent in 7 cases,good in 4,fair in 1 and unsatisfactory in 4.And the excellence rate was 73.3%.Conclusion:External fixator used in the emergency treatment of the open pelvic fracture has lots of advantages:simple operation,success rate of resuscitation,satisfactory result and so on.
