多排螺旋CT在脑脊液漏漏口定位的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨多排螺旋CT三维容积漫游技术(VRT)对脑脊液漏漏口修补术前定位的诊断价值。方法:分析6例脑脊液鼻漏的薄层VRT重建表现,着重观察颅底骨折情况及漏口位置。结果:多排螺旋CT薄层VRT重建可直接显示出漏口的位置和立体形态。结论:多排螺旋CT薄层VRT重建对脑脊液漏漏口修补术前的诊断及手术定位具有重要价值。
