摘要
航空军事运输是我军未来战争中重要的运输保障力量,其运输效率和运输能力的大小直接影响着作战的进程。战时航空军事运输是综合运输中的重要方式,运输任务越是紧急越能体现航空运输的优越性,通过分析战时航空军事运输过程,建立了航空军事运输效能评价指标体系。在没有指标权重的情况下,运用熵理论确定权重并且运用灰色模糊评价模型评价航空军事运输效能,并且列出了详细的计算过程。
Military airlift will be one of the most important ensuring means of military transportation in future wars.Whose efficiency and capability will directly affect the progress of war.Wartime millitary airlift is a important approach of military integrated transport,the more emergency transportation,the more embody the superiority of airlift,the paper establishes the efficiency index system of military airlift through analyzing the process of military airlift in wartime,Under the circumstance,there are no weights between the indexes.The weights are evaluated by the entropy theory,and using the grey-fuzzy model evaluates the efficiency military airlift,and the detailed calculating method is given.
