摘要
通过对产氨短杆菌进行微波诱变,筛选TMTD(N,N-四甲基二硫双硫羰胺)抗性突变株以期获得辅酶A的高产菌株,并对其中菌株A3进行了培养基的初步优化。获得的优化培养基配方为:葡萄糖1.5%,蛋白胨1.0%,酵母膏0.5%,硫酸镁1%,磷酸氢二钾1%,磷酸二氢钾1%;接种量为15%。在此优化条件下,菌株的OD600可达5.12。
TMTD resistant strains were screened for Coenzyme A high-producing strain by inducing revibacterium ammoniagenes with microwave irradiation. Subsequently, the medium of a TMTD resistant strain named A3 was optimized. The optimization medium Was as follows: glucose 1.5%, peptone 1.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, magnesium sulfate 1%, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 1%, potassium dibydrogen phosphate 1%; and inoculation amount was 15%. Under the optimum conditions, the average OD600 of strain A3 could reached 5.12.
