摘要
目的中国云南与东南亚部分国家的自然条件、动植物群落分布和生态环境具有多样性．并殖吸虫的虫种多、分布广。多年来的研究表明，云南省与周边部分东南亚国家的大多数并殖吸虫虫种是相同的，且宿主性和致病性也相同。有些虫种尽管名称不同，但相互之间在形态或遗传特征方面也相同或相近，显示出较高的同源性，可能存在同物异名现象。该文对中国云南与毗邻的部分东南亚国家并殖吸虫虫种及分布情况进行综述。
Objective Yunnan Province and some adjacent Southeast Asian countries share same mountains and rivers while the species of Paragronimus is various and its distribution is widespread, as the result of the multifarious natural conditions, ecological environment and clustering distribution of animals and plants. The species of Paragronimus from these countries is almost identical, and the host and pathogenicity are also the same. Although some Paragronimus have different names, they appear same or similar in morphology and genetic characteristics showing higher homology, and probably synonyms of the species. This article reviewed the five species and distribution of Paragronimus in Yunnan province of China and adjacent Southeast Asian countries.
