摘要
目的了解深圳海产品异尖线虫感染状况,为今后异尖线虫病的预防、干预提供科学依据。方法采集市场销售及餐馆的海鱼及海鱼生,解剖鱼体、鱼生,分离体内异尖线虫幼虫,显微镜下鉴定虫种,统计异尖线虫感染率和感染强度。结果海鱼总感染率为31.89%(81/254),感染率高的鱼种有带鱼、海鳗、小黄鱼、大黄鱼、大眼鲷等,总感染强度为2~88条,平均强度为17.48条/尾。结论深圳市场销售海鱼异尖线虫幼虫感染率较高,存在人感染异尖线虫的风险。
Objective To investigate the infection status of Anisakis in marine fishes on market in Shenzhen thus to provide scientific evidence for control and prevention of anisakiasis in human. Methods Marine fishes and raw fish product were collected and dissected, then the larva of A nisakis were separated and identified under microscopy. The infection rate and infection intensity of Anisakis were calculated. Results The total infection rate was 31.89%(81/254). The high infection rates were found in Trichiurus haumela Muraenesox cinereus, Pseudosciaenapolyactis, Pseudosciaena crocea and Priacanthus macracanthus. The total infection intensity ranged from 2 to 88 per fish, and the average infection intensity was 17.48 per fish. Conclusion The infection rate of Anisakis was high in marine fishes on Shenzhen markets. The risk of human infection with A nisakis exists.
