摘要
学报现行的办刊模式和有关学报的各种评奖评级制度限制了年轻作者的发文空间而不利于他们的成长 .学报编辑除了最大限度地吸收和发表有价值的研究成果外 ,还应负有发现和培植人才的职责 .学报编辑要有甘为人梯的思想境界 ,要发扬吃苦耐劳的精神 ,要从年轻作者的那些笔调嫩稚、文质粗糙、蔑视权威、反常规思维的来稿中挖掘出蕴含着较高学术价值的论文 ,并在专家的帮助下指导其修改加工处理 ,使之成为高质量的论文 .这样既不致于埋没他们的研究成果 ,又可对他们的成长在精神上予以支持和鼓舞 ,以激发他们刻苦研究、大胆创新的积极性和自信心 ,促使他们尽快成才 。
The current modes of running journals and all sorts of systems of evaluating journals pro vide very few opportunities for young writers to publish their articles, and prevent them from growing more qual ified in their career. Editors should not only largely select and publish valuable research papers, but also be responsible for discovering and recomending talents. Editors ought to have the consciousness of being “stepping stones” for the young writers. They must work hard to sort out theses with some academic value from among those which might be innocent in writing style, rough in diction, contemptuous of au thor ities and unusual in the way of thinking, but can be improved and become theses of great value with the help of experts. This can avoid neglecting scientific achievements of young writers, encourage them spir itually in the course of their growth, arouse their enthusiasm for research and creation, so that they can become qualified researchers in the shortest possible time. This is the bounden duty of editors of jour nals.
