弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析研究16例在C形臂X光机引导下行闭合复位小切口弹性髓内钉固定治疗的股骨干骨折患儿的资料。结果:本组16例均获随访,平均10个月,全部获得骨性愈合,愈合时间平均10周,下地完全负重活动时间平均8周。结论:安全、微创、愈合快、并发症少是合理地使用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的显著特点,应加以推广。 Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of the femoral shaft fracture in children with elastic stable intramedullary nailing. Methods: The sixteen cases of shaft fractures in children minimally traumatizing treated with elastic stable intramedu|iary nailing leading with C arm X ray machine were analyzed and researched.Results: Sixteen cases of the proup were followed up.The postoperation follow-up average time was 10 months, all fractures of the 16 cases were healed, average healing time was 10 weeks, avrage time under movement and total load-hea14ng was 8 weeks. Conclusion: The elastic stable intramedullary nailing in correct treatment of shaft fractures in children has many marked advantages, such as safety, minimally invasive, healing quickly etc.h ought to be popularized.
