摘要
"高校记忆"是高校主流意识和主导思想的历史呈现,对高校精神文化的存在、延续与发展具有重要作用。然而,作为"高校记忆"主体的档案在服务于高校精神文化建设中存在服务意识薄弱、档案成为"馆藏品"、档案建设与精神文化建设相分离等问题。因此,高校要积极开发"高校记忆",重视高校档案事业发展,从而为高校精神文化建设提供人员保障、物质保障和机制保障。
＂ University memory＂ is the historical presentation of dominant ideology and dominant ide- as in universities, and plays an important role in the existence, continuity and development of uni- versity spiritual culture. However, there exist a lot of problems in the archives as the principal part of ＂University memory＂ in the construction of spiritual culture in universities, such as weak service consciousness, files becoming ＂collections＂, and the separation phenomenon between archives and the construction of spiritual culture. Therefore, it is necessary to develop ＂university memory＂ and attach great importance to promoting the university archives so as to provide staff support, material support and file security for university spiritual culture construction.
