摘要
文章对国内外关于积极心理学研究的基本内涵、研究取向、应用前景及研究现状进行梳理,对高校体育教育课程心理健康教育的目标及存在问题进行分析,从而着重探讨积极心理学对高校体育教育的几点重要影响,试图为我国高校体育教育的改革提供理论依据及实践参考。
This paper reviewed the basic content, research orientation, application prospect and re- search status of positive psychology at home and abroad, analyzed the objective and existing prob- lems of mental health education in the university physical education curriculum, and then discussed some important effects of positive psychology on the university physical education with the view of providing theoretical bases and references for university physical education reform.
