大学生心理资本探析

摘要大学生就业关系到其自身的发展和社会的稳定，提高大学生的心理资本为解决大学生就业难的问题提供了新的视角。基于此，在分析心理资本理论的内容及其对大学生就业的影响的基础上，提出了开发和提升大学生心理资本的建议。
