摘要
近年来,全国高校竞相掀起任用助理班主任的热潮。助理班主任选自高年级优秀学生,大都担任学生干部,利于与新生沟通与交流,也易于及时准确地掌握学生信息,但是在实践过程中,还有很多误区值得我们进一步商榷,为辅导员工作提供帮助。
In recent years,there has been an enthusiasm for the appointment of the assistant head teachers in colleges.From the excellent students in colleges most of the assistant head teachers have been student cadres,which makes them easily communicate with the new students and grasp the information of them.They could afford a lot of help to the work of counselors. However,there are many problems needing discussing and solving.
