引进Hong的化学电容概念 ,将菌紫质膜光电响应系统 (SPRBM)抽象为C 电容、N 电容、质子泵通道和质子返回通道等模块 ,构筑了功能模块框图模型 .用该模型导出了SPRBM的冲击响应电流、“铁 /紫膜 /胶 /铜”
The system of the photoelectric response of Bacteriorhodopsin membrane (SPRBM) is an important system for molecular electric research. Based on the Hongs concept of chemical capacitance, a functional block diagram model of SPRBM was developed. It consists of C capacitance and its current source; N capacitance and its current source; proton transfer channel and back channel .By using this model ,a pulse response function and potential distribution of the “Fe/Br/Gel/Cu” photo cell and its equivalent circuit were derived.
