摘要
绿色荧光蛋白 ( greenfluorescentprotein ,GFP)基因是目前唯一在细胞内稳定表达 ,不需要任何反应底物及其它辅助因子 ,无种属 ,组织和位置特异性 ,其产物GFP对细胞无毒性 ,且检测简单 ,结果真实可靠的新型报告基因 ,其特有的生物化学性质使其在细胞生物学和分子生物学领域有着广泛的应用前景。
Green fluorescent protein gene is the only new reporter gene at present which can express in living cells without other external substrate,no speciality in species,tissues or locations.Its products GFP has no toxicity for cells with a simple detection and a veritable result.For its specific biochmistry properties,it has greate potential application prospect in biology.
