摘要
采用 RT-PCR方法半定量分析生后 1、15、3 0、60、12 0和 3 60 d大鼠坐骨神经中 NGF m RNA表达的变化。结果表明 ,大鼠生后 1d坐骨神经中即有 NGF m RNA的表达 ;随着生后发育过程 ,NGF m RNA的表达量逐步增加 ,并呈严格单调上升的趋势。开始时增加速度较慢 ,但随鼠龄的增加而逐渐加快 ,至 49d时达到最快 ,然后逐渐减慢 ,到 12 0 d时已接近生后稳定表达水平。
Using the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) method, as a hemiquantity assay, NGF mRNA expression levels in the sciatic nerve of rat 1 d, 15 d, 30 d, 60 d, 120 d, 360 d after born were investigated. NGF mRNA in the sciatic nerve appeared in newborn. During the developmental period, the NGF mRNA expression was gradually and monotonously increased. The preliminary sped was slow, but it was rapid following the extension of rat age. It got the fastest at 49 days and then became gradually slow. The NGF mRNA expression reached a steady level in postnatal 120 d.
