摘要
社会管理创新要求运用现有的知识技术对传统社会管理进行再思考与再设计,而微博问政就是当下中国社会管理创新的一种形式。微博问政在社会管理中能够推动政府信息的公开化,促进公共服务的专业化,增强政府决策制定的科学性,促使公民参与的常态化。但微博问政在发展与运行过程中,存在着现实约束力较低、流于形式,追随大流、网络舆情监测控制难度大、受众面狭窄等现实困境。因此,为了规范和完善创新社会管理下的微博问政要多管齐下进行。
Innovation about social administration requires people to rethink and redesign traditional social management by using existing knowledge and technology.Microblog for politic commenting exactly is one of their forms. Microblog for politic commenting can make the government information into the open, promote public service to be professional, enhance government to make decision more scientific, and also can spur citizens to participate.On the other hand, Microblog for politic commenting has to face realistic difficulties, such as weak force of constraint, mere formality, difficulty of supervisory network public opinion control, and confined masses.Therefore, a multi-pronged approach is necessary and urgent to regulate and perfect Microblog for politic commenting by innovation about social administration.
