摘要
研究了钻井液示踪剂荧光素钠的分光光度法测定方法。在pH>9.0的乙酸钠缓冲介质中,用5cm比色皿于波长485nm条件下,分光光度法测定钻井水示踪剂荧光素钠的测量下限为0.005μg/mL。对荧光素钠含量为0.012μg/mL的水样,测量相对标准偏差(RSD)为8.7%,可以满足钻井水示踪技术要求。
A spectrophotometric method for determination of fluorescein sodium tracer in drilling fluids was studied in this paper. In the sodium acetate buffer media with pH〉9.0, the detection limit of 0.005μg/mL for fluorescein sodium tracer was achieved under the optimal conditions, where λ is 485 nm and the length of colorimetrie utensil is 5 era. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 8.7%, which was obtained by determination of 10 simulated fluorescein sodium samples with concentration of 0.012μg/mL. The method can satisfy the requirements for tracing drilling liquid.
