基于集对分析理论的进出口食品安全风险评价方法 被引量:9

摘要 进出口食品安全风险评价是一项受较多因素影响的、复杂的系统工程,需要依赖于有效的风险评价模型。本文以适用于食品监管部门的进出口食品安全风险评价指标体系为基础,从集对分析理论出发,考虑到指标体系中定性指标和定量指标联系度计算方法的不同,提出了基于集对分析理论的进出口食品安全风险评价方法,建立了食品样本安全状态与食品安全标准间的联系度表达式来评价食品安全风险等级。最后,通过实例计算,证明了该方法是可行而有效的。 The risk assessment for imported and exported food is a complex system process,which involves a large number of assessment factors and relies on effective risk evaluation model.In the paper,risk assessment method for imported and exported food based on risk assessment index hierarchy of food safety adapted for food supervision authorities and set pair analysis(SPA) theory is presented,which establishes the connection degree expression between the safety status of food samples and the food safety standards to assess the risk level of food samples.The method also takes the difference of calculating connection degree between qualitative and quantitative indexes into consideration.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the presented method is proved by an example.
