摘要
护士在工作当中,因为工作环境的特殊性,难免会发生一些护患纠纷的情况,在护患纠纷中护士的心理反应是多种多样的,护士应该学会以正确的态度积极去应对,积极的去查找原因,反省工作中的不足,吸取教训,总结经验,以良好的心态去面对护理工作。
Nurses in the work,because of the special working environment,will inevitably lead to some of the nurse-patient disputes,in nurse-patient disputes in nurses＇ psychological responses was varied,nurses should learn to correct the attitude to be answered actively,actively to find out the reasons,reflecting the lack of work,learn,sum up experience,a good attitude to face nursing.
