摘要
以环氧树脂为囊芯,明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊壁,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂合成自修复微胶囊。考察了囊材和芯材的比例、反应时间、体系的pH、乳化剂的用量等因素对自修复微胶囊包覆率影响。确定了制备自修复微胶囊的最佳工艺:即囊材和芯材的质量比为10∶9,加入15 mL质量分数为4%的SDS为乳化剂,在pH低于4.0时持续反应3 h合成包覆率为69.9%的自修复微胶囊。
The gelatin and gum arabic as the raw shell materials, the epoxy resin as the core material, and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)'as emulsifying agent, then synthesizing to self-repairing microcapsules. The effect of the proportion of the shell materials and the core material, the reaction time, the pH of the system and the amount of emulsifier etc. on self-healing microcapsules were studied. The determined optimum compound craft of the mierocapsule was that the capsule material and the core material has a mass ratio of 10: 9, adding 15 mL of mass fraction of 4% SDS as emulsifier, at a pH below 4.0 when the reaction was continued for 3 h,the synthetic cladding of self-healing microcapsules was 69.9%.
