图书馆核心竞争力是以知识、技术为基础的综合能力,是图书馆赖以生存和稳定发展的根基。在界定图书馆核心竞争力概念的基础上,分析了图书馆核心竞争力的构成要素,并对图书馆核心竞争力构成要素之间的关系进行了探讨。
The library core competence is the comprehensive capabilities which is based on knowledge and technology. It is the foundation of library survival and stable development. This paper defines the conception of library core competence, analyses the elements of library core competence, and discusses the relationship between the ele- ments.
