宁夏与东北短梗五加不同部位黄酮含量比较 被引量:3

Comparison Study of Total Flavonoid in Parts of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorus Seem between Ningxia and Northeast Areas

摘要 目的比较东北与宁夏短梗五加茎、叶、果实的黄酮含量。方法采用单因素实验和正交实验优选短梗五加茎最佳提取工艺,并对其茎、叶、果实的黄酮含量测定比较。结果提取短梗五加茎中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,提取温度为70°C,提取时间为3h,料液比为1∶20。东北短梗五加茎、叶、果实的黄酮含量分别为27.96、71.47、35.67mg.g-1。宁夏短梗五加茎、叶、果实的黄酮含量分别为39、88.51、39.03mg.g-1。结论宁夏短梗五加茎、叶、果实中黄酮含量高于东北短梗五加。 Objective To Determine the contents of total flavonoid in stem,leaf and fruit of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem and to compare the differenences between Ningxia and Northeast areas.Methods The extract rate of the stem from acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem was studied by the single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The contents of total flavonoid in leaf and fruit were determined and compared.Results The optimum extracting technical parameters for the stem were as follows: 20 times of 50% ethanol to acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem,refluxing for 3 h at 70°C.The contents of total flavonoid in stem,leaf and fruit of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem from Northeast were 27.96mg·g-1,71.47mg·g-1,35.67mg·g-1.The contents of total flavonoid in stem,leaf and fruit of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem from Ningxia were 39mg·g-1,88.51mg·g-1,39.03mg·g-1.Conclusion The optimized process is stable,reasonable and feasible.The contents of total flavonoid in stem,leaf and fruit of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seem in Ning xia are higher than in Northeast.
