锈蚀钢筋混凝土受弯构件性能退化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 对不同锈蚀程度下的试验梁进行了加载试验,并利用ABAQUS中的塑性损伤模型(Concrete DamagedPlasticity)对锈蚀试验梁进行了数值分析。结果表明,由于钢筋的锈蚀作用使钢筋混凝土梁的截面受到损伤,钢筋的有效截面减小以及钢筋和混凝土表面的粘结性能的降低造成了试验梁的极限承载能力、延性及截面刚度随锈蚀率的增加而不断下降。通过分析得到锈蚀梁极限弯矩的计算公式,可为实际工程中的结构设计及结构加固提供依据。 Use the loading test and the numerical analysis method in the plastic damage model in ABAQUS (Concrete Damaged Plasticity) to get the structure properties of the corroded reinforced concrete beam with different corrosion degrees. The analysis results indicate that the corroded function makes the damage of the section, the effective section of reinforced steels decrease and the bond properties reduce between concrete and reinforced steels, all of these make the ultimate bearing capacity, ductility and section stiffness of the beams continue to drop with the corrosion rate increasing. Through the analysis, the calculation formula about the ultimate bending moment of the corrosion beam is obtained, which can provide a reliable basis for the structure design and structure strengthening in the actual engineering.
